NexOTC initially supports crypto-to-crypto trades. Future versions will expand into private market assets such as tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), including commodities, equity and real estate.

Compliance is embedded from day one, using integrations with providers like Privado.ID for KYC/KYB and Elliptic for AML. We use zk-proof technology to verify compliance without sharing sensitive user information between counterparties.

No. NexOTC is fully non-custodial. Funds never leave user-controlled wallets until the smart escrow releases them according to agreed terms.

All contracts undergo multiple external audits and formal verification of critical logic. Immutable execution ensures no one, including NexOTC, can interfere with trades once terms are set.
